The Journey Deuce partial knee replacement from Smith and Nephew is a minimally invasive system designed to preserve the cruciate ligaments and the lateral compartment of an arthritic knee, whilst replacing the patello-femoral and medial compartments.
The knee was launched in 2007. Clinical trial results are awaited, but some early studies have reported failure and revision of the device (see Evidence tab).
