The Accelerate® system from Exactech (manufactured by EmCyte) is a platelet concentrating system which concentrates the patients own blood. We are not aware of published results demonstrating clinical efficacy for this particular system.

The system uses platelets and their associated growth factors for clinical applications that require rapid healing and tissue regeneration.
