According to Optimed, the Sinus-XL Stent is the worldwide first Stent System with Class 3 registration for stenoses and dissections of the aorta, Vena Cava-Sydrome, obstructions of the Vena Cava and Endoleak Type 1a & 1b. 

This self-expanding Nitinol Stent System is a 10F application device which is adapted to .035 inch guide wire.  It is available in a range of sizes from Ø 16 mm to 34 mm and lengths from 30 mm to 100 mm. A braided outer sheath provides high kink resistance and flexibility for steering. Radiopaque markers on the inner sheath assist stent placement. 

This sort of stent may be useful in the treatment of May-Thurner syndrome, PubMed literature can be found here.
