The Valeo® Balloon Expandable Biliary Stent is a new device from Bard PV. The Valeo® Biliary Stent is intended for use in the palliation of malignant strictures (neoplasms) in the biliary tree. This device is designed and intended for one time use only.
Bard PV describe the device as a uniquely flexible stent with a competitive radial strength with minimal recoil. It is available in 7 - 10mm diameter, 17 - 56mm length and 6F - 7F.
