The Axium Detachable Coil System is intended for the endovascular embolisation of intracranial aneurysms, and the embolisation of other neurovascular abnormalities such as arteriovenous malformations and arteriovenous fistulae. This coil can also be used in the peripheral/visceral arteries for complex aneurysms where coil positioning is critical.
