Prophecy pre-operative navigation guides from Wright Medical are rapid-manufactured guides based on CT or MRI data for the Advance knee. The unique feature of this system compared with others is that standard metal guides are embedded into the rapid-manufactured guide, so that cuts are made through the metal slot of a standard Odyssey ® guide. The guides come in pin-only or pin alignment and resection variants, the former being for minimally-invasive exposures.
