This patient had a right nephrectomy for RCC several years ago and was found to have a left adrenal mass on routine ultrasound follow up.

Adrenal masses are often biopsied under CT guidance however a mass of this size is often easily seen with ultrasound and biopsy is much quicker than under CT guidance.
