This patient is TPN dependant and had no venous access with SVC occlusion and innonimate vein occlusion.
I was asked to place a femoral line. Looking at her CT scan it was apparent that there was a relativley short occlusion that may be crossable.
This was achieved with the Outback device and gooseneck snare.
