wonderful, but i need more clarification about many things have been introduced and removed many times, is this only for dilatation?
also, we need more clarification about the guidance of the wire till it reach from central bile duct then through hepatic-common bile duct...is this guaranteed via just pushing the wire or there is a risk of misdirection so i may need repeated trials under Fluoroscopy?
