The Entuit Secure Gastrointestinal Suture Anchor Set from Cook Medical is available in both non-adjustable and tension-adjustable versions.
Each suture anchor is preloaded in the needle and is available in sets of two or three. The Cook locking mechanism secures the suture and the locking suture anchor can be quickly tightened to secure the stomach wall to the abdomen. The adjustor 'tab' can then be removed to fix the suture in place.
This is in our opinion a vast improvement on the previous Cope anchor set from Cook
