This titanium device provides angular stable locking and has a spiral blade locking option for osteoporotic bone. The device is supplied in lengths from 160mm to 420mm. It is indicated for supracondylar femoral fractures and for diaphyseal femoral fractures in the obese or pregnant in whom conventional access might be difficult and ipsilateral fractures of the femoral and tibial diaphysis.
