The Equinoxe Fx plate manufactured by Exactech is part of the Equinoxe Platform Shoulder System. The design is intended to reduce humeral head collapse and allow the insertion of bone void filler through a large central hole, which can otherwise take a 6.5mm screw. The plate also takes blades in order to provide further support and has holes to accommodate sutures. The plate is asymmetric and designed to align with the bicipital groove and the greater tuberosity.
