The Aequalis Reverse II Shoulder from Tornier is a modular reverse shoulder system. Polyethylene insert options include a standard/centered insert, a constrained Deep Dish inerts, an eccentric and an option to convert a 36mm metaphysis to a 42 mm glenoid sphere.
Glenoid sphere options includ a centered/medialised option, a 10 degree tilted option and an eccentric option. Glenoid baseplate options include a small 25mm baseplate, an HA coated post and long post baseplate options. Instrumentation includes specialised glenoid reamers and humeral cut guides. The device can be converted to a hemiprosthesis without removing the stem.
