The EVOLVE® Modular Radial Head System from Wright is a smooth stem design radial head replacement. Modularity allows the construction of over 320 size combinations.
Results are available from Harrington (2001) who reported outcomes in 20 patients, with excellent results in 12, and recommended the device when the radial head could not be reconstructed in the presence of a clinically unstable elbow. Shore et al published eight year follow up of a metallic radial head arthroplasty with no revisions.
