The NESimplavit® Elbow System from Implantcast has an unconstrained humero-ulnar articulation, and was formerly known as the Norway elbow. Humeral and ulnar components are manufactured from cast CoCrMo alloy and are intended for cemented use only. The hinge comprises a ceramic coated axle which articulates with a UHMWPE bobbin.
