This is Cooks IVC filter retrieval kit.
They say it is intended for retrieving/removing Gunther Tulip and Celect filters but in reality it could probably be used with any filter designed for removal with a hook on its top end eg ALN's filter.
The kit is easy to use and the snare system is intuitive to most IRs.
We have used it with success in Celect and ALN filters.
