This device from Boston Scientific is combined lithotripsy and lithoclast (impact) in one along with suction to remove stone fragments.
Seems to produce rapid stone clearance. The only down side seems that it is unwieldy and sometimes the suction tube kinks where it joins with the handle stopping the suction working.
This can be prevented by sticking the suction tube to the 'power' tube with tape.
