According to the manufacturer, the implantable Jet Port Plus II Contrast port system is produced from high-quality plastic and used to administer systemic chemotherapy, long-term parenteral nutrition or long-term medication. Apparently, the port system also permits the high-pressure application of contrast media during repeated tumour staging.
