From Which Medical Device
The Lu-See Radiolucent Disposable Drive is a plastic extension piece for a standard driver which connects to a Jacob’s chuck. At the other end there is a standard connector for an AO drill bit.
The device is used to help distal locking of intramedullary nails. Apparently, the angled end means that a clinician doesn't have the whole length of the driver and drill bit between the patient and the image intensifer which can be an issue with some standard drivers.
