The 2.4 is mostly our first choice in liver embolization and radioembolization. We usually use a phathom 0.16 guidewire that offer a good support and thake us in the place we need to go. Progrreat is the excellence merging excellent diagnostic performance and distal navigation, also going back from SMA trugh GD into the HAs. The only defect may be found engaging very small vessels where sometimes you can't run very small curves due to the difference in caliber between the cath and the wire, in those occasions i usually do the diagnostic part and after do embolize with turbo traker cath.

This catheter will get you most places when used with the Terumo GT wire. I prefer the 2.4F and often the double angled 0.016 GT wire. This seems far superior to the wire that comes with some of the Progreat catheters. (I dont like the fixed torque device on the standard wire)
