50 lowprofile 6.6F implanted. 20 IJV and 30 left subclavian US access. all the devices still in use (from june 2010), but one explanted for infection.
Noone of the catheters was dislodged due to cough or vomiting, no distal fibrin sheat were observed.
In the series two thrombosis of LT axillar vein and zero pneumothorax due to veinpuncture observed.
