Shoulder arthroplasty
From Which Medical Device
The Aequalis Fracture Shoulder is a device indicated for shoulder arthroplasty after 4-part fractures, displaced 3-part fractures, fracture dislocations and head splitting fractures of the proximal humerus, especially in elderly or low-demand patients.
The stem design incorporates a bone graft window and a low-profile design to facilitate tuberosity reattachment. Heads are eccentric to match the anatomy. The stem is hydroxyapatite coated proximally.
