The Gore C3 EXCLUDER AAA Endoprosthesis is a relative new version of the Gore device. The device has infrarenal fixation and a simple deployment mechanism that allows repositioning by reconstraining the top of the graft (The delivery system is the new C3 system/handle, the device is reconstrained by turning a wheel on the handle). The IFU say that the device can be repositioned in this way up to 3 times. The final deployment is performed by pulling a long releasing thread, which is usual for Gore endografts.
